Cancellation Policy
At VIK-BIN Cleaner, we understand plans can change. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations: With 24 hours’ notice, appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Late cancellations may be charged or non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Bin Access: Please ensure your bin is accessible on the scheduled day. If we cannot access it, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation and charged. Weather/Operational Issues: If we postpone your service, no rescheduling fee will apply and we will arrange a new date now. Missed Collection: If the council has not emptied your bin, contact us as soon as you can and we will reschedule at no extra charge.
